1. Condition:The quotation is based on FOB price .Extra freight cost shall be at buyer's expense.

2.The actual quantity will be ± 10% different, the balance payment will depends on the actual quantity.

3. Leadtime: Within 25-30 days days after receipt of T/T remittance. Different products have different Leadtime !

4. Payment :30%-50%T/T deposit, the balance will be paid before loading; Less than 5000 USD, 100% T/T

5. Warranty time:at least 2 years. Defective parts will be repaired free of charge in factory.

6. Sample:Sample is free. Buyers have to pay freight cost.

7. Effective:From now on and invalid after 1 week!
